As a SAP Advanced Financial Close Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' financial transformation journeys. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Advanced Financial Close solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP Advanced Financial Close implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions. * Configure and customize SAP Advanced Financial Close modules to meet client-specific requirements. * Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Advanced Financial Close systems. * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Advanced Financial Close functionalities and best practices. * Train and mentor junior team members. * Participate in workshops and client meetings to present solutions and gather requirements. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other SAP consultants. **Qualifications/Minimum requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Financials, with a focus on SAP Advanced Financial Close. * Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules. * Hands-on experience with configuration and customization of SAP Advanced Financial Close modules. * Experience with data migration and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel to client locations as needed. **Preferred qualifications:** * SAP certification in SAP Advanced Financial Close. * Experience with other SAP financial modules such as SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Experience working with global clients. * Fluency in multiple languages. **Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all applications without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.**
