SAP ABAP Developer senior

Experience: 4 to 5 Yrs Openings: 4 Work Mode: C2H (In office) or Permanent Location: Mumbai / Pune Shift Timings: 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 4–5 years of experience, including expertise in S/4HANA (RISE or GROW) environments. The ideal candidate will have worked on 2–3 end-to-end implementations and 3–4 support projects, with the ability to lead a team of developers and coordinate with functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP-based solutions for various industries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP ABAP code, including debugging and performance optimization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA technologies and apply that knowledge to improve processes and solutions. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP ABAP-based solutions. • Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of technical documentation. • Develop and maintain expertise in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA technologies. • Provide input on project timelines, resource allocation, and budget planning. • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
