• managing the full accounting of the Group's Capital Company - leading the full accounting and ensuring the realization of obligations resulting from the Accounting Act, as well as other legal acts in this regard
• accounting for payroll, sales, purchase invoices, bank statements, reserves, inter-period cost settlements, and fixed assets and intangible and intellectual property valuation
• preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements
• preparing annual financial reports
• preparing declarations and tax information (VAT, CIT, IFT) and maintaining tax documentation
• analyzing and reconciling subsidiary ledgers and main ledger accounts (settlements, sales, VAT)
• reporting to GUS, NBP
• improving accounting processes, implementing new system solutions
• preparing reports for audit purposes and cooperating with a certified auditor
• supervising the consistency of financial procedures with changes in legal regulations and tax laws, and implementing procedures limiting tax risks

• min. 3 years of experience in independently managing the full accounting of a company with revenues exceeding 2 million PLN
• higher education degree: finance, accounting, economics
• experience in independently preparing tax declarations
• good knowledge of tax law, particularly VAT and CIT, including source taxation
• good knowledge of the Accounting Act
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• accuracy, reliability, and punctuality
• a willingness to improve processes using IT tools
• knowledge of English at a level allowing for free communication
