In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Cremona selects SALUMIERE/A to be inserted into the department of meats and cheeses for a well-known supermarket chain present in Crema (CR). Duties - Cutting, disassembling, and preparing meats and cheeses for sale - Using a meat slicer, knives, and bank tools - Realizing raw and cooked meats, sausages, roasts, and other specialties based on meat - Packaging, labeling, and displaying products - Setting up the deli counter, preparing merchandise on shelves, and setting up display cases, ensuring freshness and quality - Assisting customers in choosing products with courtesy and competence - Managing inventory, receiving raw materials, monitoring orders, and managing storage. Requirements - Knowledge of meat processing techniques - Using knives and work tools - Knowledge of food production hygiene standards - Precision and good manual skills.
