Sales&Services Specialist - Stage

For our Foligno branch, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated resource to be inserted into our Sales And Services team. The figure will support activities such as personnel research and selection, customer management, and commercial development, acquiring transversal skills in HR and sales. Main responsibilities: - Support in the management of the recruitment process; - Management of relationships with customers and support in corporate consulting in human resources; - Administrative activities related to personnel management; - Participation in commercial development activities: identification of new potential clients, direct contact, negotiation, and presentation of services; - Collaboration with the team for the realization of personalized proposals for customers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or studies in economic, psychological, or humanities fields; - Excellent relational, communicative, and commercial skills; - Proactivity, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit; - Good time management and priority setting capacity.
