• Taking orders and scheduling appointments
• Setting up customer and vehicle data
• Ensuring customer mobility and managing rental vehicles, including issuance and return
• Verifying part availability in coordination with our parts distribution
• Creating workshop orders
• Billing for workshop orders
• Monitoring technical actions
• Phone and cash register

• A completed commercial or technical education
• Solid MS-Office skills
• Pleasure in dealing with customers
• Detailed accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Independent work style, teamwork, and reliability
• Interest in the BMW/ MINI brands and products
