Job Description This position is to be filled ideally full-time (40 hours per week) immediately. A part-time filling with 30-32 hours per week is also possible. You will take over the high-level, engaged consulting and optimal care of our customers in the area of exquisite ladies' fashion. You are responsible for active customer contact, multiple handling, as well as safe leading and closing of sales conversations. The acquisition of regular customers as well as service-oriented communication with them are essential aspects of your work. Your tasks will include: • Active customer approach and maintenance of existing relationships • Multiple handling of customers and orders • Safe leading and closing of sales conversations • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base • Service-oriented communication with customers • Processing of customer inquiries and complaints • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on current trends in the fashion industry.
