Overview Full Spectrum Search Group is a national healthcare recruiting firm focused on post-acute and senior care leadership, including skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice. We are hiring a Recruiter to execute on active searches and drive candidate engagement across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and advancing top talent through the interview process. This is a phone-first, outbound recruiting role. Success in this position is driven by the ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver high-quality candidates that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong work ethic. In addition, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
