Salesforce Vlocity Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions across Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), and Order Management (OM) in Salesforce Communications Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools, data models, and OmniStudio, as well as a solid understanding of telecom business processes. This role will work closely with architects, business analysts, and integration teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Configure and customize Vlocity CPQ to implement guided selling, pricing rules, promotions, and quote lifecycle processes
• Develop and maintain the Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, including product structures, attributes, rules, and versioning
• Implement order capture flows, product decomposition, orchestration plans, and fulfillment logic within Order Management
• Build and enhance OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate Communications Cloud with external systems (BSS/OSS, billing, inventory) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and peer reviews
• Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Document configuration logic, data mappings, and technical designs for ongoing maintenance and support

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, EPC, and Order Management in Communications Cloud
• Proficiency in OmniStudio tools: OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
• Strong understanding of Vlocity data model, product modeling, pricing, and rules engine
• Experience integrating Salesforce Industries with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Salesforce development tools
• Knowledge of version control, DevOps processes, and CI/CD deployment for Vlocity datapacks is a plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Industries CPQ Developer or OmniStudio Developer are highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
