Salesforce Technical Lead

The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and execution of Salesforce modernization initiatives, including Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations and large-scale enterprise implementations.

Key requirements include:

• Lead Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration initiatives.

• Define a detailed migration strategy for legacy components and ensure Lightning compatibility.

• Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify refactoring needs.

• Oversee the modernization of Visualforce pages, JavaScript buttons, and unsupported Classic features.

• Ensure AppExchange package and third-party integration compatibility.

• Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

• Own end-to-end technical solutioning for Salesforce implementations.

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.

• Develop complex business logic using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Schedulers.

• Build modern UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.

• Lead Classic-to-Lightning transformation projects.

• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

• Perform code reviews and ensure 75%+ test coverage.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and backlog grooming.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Ensure performance optimization and governor limit compliance.
