Salesforce Technical Consultant (all genders)

InfoTip has been digitizing service-, sales-, and CRM processes for customers from small to international companies for over 25 years.

Salesforce is one of the most important growth drivers at InfoTip. Therefore, we are looking for people who not only understand technical requirements but can also develop high-performance and scalable solutions.

In this role, you will analyze business processes, develop technical solution concepts, and accompany complex Salesforce projects from idea to implementation. You will assess requirements in terms of their technical feasibility, design integrations, data models, and automations, and work closely with customers, project leaders, functional consultants, and developers.

You can expect varied projects, modern Salesforce technologies, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room for personal responsibility.

Tasks

• You will design technical Salesforce solutions together with our functional consultants.
• You will implement complex requirements on the Salesforce platform.
• You will develop flows, validations, authorization concepts, and data models.
• You will plan and accompany integrations to third-party systems.
• You will support our project teams in making technical architecture decisions.
• You will analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable solution approaches.
• You will conduct technical reviews and quality assurance measures.
• You will continuously develop yourself through Salesforce certifications and new technologies.

Qualification

• Experience in the technical implementation of Salesforce projectsKnowledge of Apex, Flows, and Salesforce Security
• Understanding of integrations and APIsKnowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) for confident discussions and presenting solutions to internal teams and customers
• Knowledge of LWCs and JavaScript is an advantage
• You may have experience with Field Service
• You bring relevant Salesforce certifications with you
