Practice Lead – Enterprise Applications (Salesforce) Partners with: Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Program Management, Talent Acquisition Location: Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time About ITJ ITJ is a nearshore technology services firm enabling U.S. life sciences, healthcare, and biotech organizations to build and scale high-performing technology teams in Mexico. Our core practices include AI/ML, and Epic. We are launching a dedicated Enterprise Applications practice , starting with Salesforce, to support the growth of our clients' digital transformation initiatives. As part of this effort, we are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to lead our Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing the practice strategy for Salesforce, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders. • Leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects. • Collaborating with other ITJ practices (AI/ML, Epic) to identify opportunities for integration and growth. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments, trends, and best practices, and applying this knowledge to drive business results. • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the practice. • Ensuring compliance with ITJ's policies, procedures, and standards. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Salesforce-related field. • Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization. • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with clients. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
