Salesforce Nonprofit Support Consultant

Tasks

As a Salesforce nonprofit support consultant, you will work for various organizations. You will bring IT, users, and processes closer together. You will do this on average two days a week in projects and often on-site at our clients.

The remaining days, you will provide ad-hoc support, advise on issues, and make small system-driven configuration changes. During these activities, you will work either at our office in Zaandijk or from home.

Requirements

You have knowledge of and experience in the Charity sector, for example as a database specialist, fundraiser, or within the fundraising domain. You work independently, take ownership of the results to be achieved, and are communicatively skilled, both in writing and orally.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following description

• Minimum Bachelor's degree work and thinking level.
• Good command (oral and written) of the Dutch (minimum C1) and English languages.
• Experience with Salesforce and willingness to obtain the necessary certifications.
