Salesforce Managed Service Employee (m/w/d)

H+W CONSULT is a specialized Salesforce boutique since 2001 with over 20 years of experience.

We support companies in rethinking their customer relationships digitally – with thoughtful consulting, technical expertise, and a clear implementation strategy.

As part of our Managed Service Team, you will be the central point of contact for our existing customers in ongoing Salesforce operations.

You will handle inquiries, implement minor adjustments, and support the continuous development of Salesforce solutions.

Your goal: smart solutions that really work in everyday life and sustainably excite our customers.

Tasks

• Maintenance and support for existing Salesforce customers in daily operations
• Implementation of minor configurations (e.g., new fields, layouts, validations)
• Creation and adaptation of reports and dashboards
• Process automations using Flows
• Support for Salesforce Release Management
• Conducting hands-on training sessions and user education
• Data migrations (e.g., via Data Loader or import functions)
• Error analysis and resolution (1st and 2nd level support)
• Coordination with customers on change requests and prioritization of open topics
• Tight collaboration with our consultants and developers to find solutions
• Documented adjustments and processes in the ticket system

Qualification

• Relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
• Techical understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Experience with Media Cloud and Loyalty Cloud is desirable
• Communication skills and customer orientation
• Structured, meticulous, and team-oriented work style
• Good German language skills, ideally also English
