Salesforce Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical development with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering growth and continuous learning.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.

Profile

• Experienced hands-on Senior Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Proven experience to lead and mentor junior developers.
