About the Role A Salesforce Functional Consultant is an exciting role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to implement Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet our clients’ business needs. You will be part of a team delivering projects across a range of industries, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and configure the Salesforce platform. What you’ll do: * Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions. * Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects. * Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure solutions are implemented effectively. * Conduct testing and quality assurance of Salesforce solutions. * Provide training and support to end-users. * Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices. * Work collaboratively with the project team to successfully deliver the project. * Provide expert advice to clients on Salesforce functionality and best practices. * Develop and maintain project documentation. What you’ll bring: * Experience in Salesforce configuration and implementation. * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. * Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Salesforce certifications are a plus. * Experience in Agile methodologies. * Ability to travel to client sites when required.
