Salesforce FSC Solution Architect

Job brief We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (Insurance Cloud) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong domain knowledge of insurance processes and systems, combined with technical architecture skills to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce implementation. The position is open to candidates anywhere globally, but requires availability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, integration, and security. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Salesforce implementation methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and be familiar with industry-standard development tools and technologies. The successful candidate will be able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality, including but not limited to: Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, and providing guidance and training to team members on best practices and new technologies.
