Salesforce Development Specialist

We are looking for a Salesforce Development Specialist, with focus on CPQ, to act as a unique technical reference within the structure. This person will be a key player in transforming the commercial journey, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to pricing and revenue management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve the CPQ solution on Salesforce, ensuring adherence to business processes.
• Serve as a bridge between business areas (Commercial, Pricing, Products) and technical teams (IT, Salesforce).
• Mapped and implemented improvements in configuration, pricing, and proposal generation flows.
• Ensure data integrity and correct parameterization of business rules.
• Participate in strategic RGM projects, contributing with technical vision and focus on results.
• Perform tests, validations, and homologations of new features.
• Monitor solution performance and propose continuous improvements.
• Document processes, rules, and integrations related to CPQ.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ (implementation, maintenance, and evolution).
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with business rule modeling, workflows, and automations.
• Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical and functional requirements.
• Advanced English - meetings with the global team.

Differentiators:
