We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

• 5–6 years of overall IT experience with 3–4 years in Salesforce.com development and 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, with at least 2 end-to-end project implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs)

  • Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation

  • Identity Resolution (IR) rules and configuration

  • Data Cloud Query Language (DQL)

• Deep understanding of:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud objects, data models, and profile unification

  • Data mapping and ingestion from multiple sources

  • Data integration using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and ETL tools

• Skilled in:

  • Creating and maintaining data models, schemas, and mappings

  • Building data pipelines, SQL usage, and data quality management

  • Integrating external AI/ML models with Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG

• Strong knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and performance monitoring.

• Excellent communication and ability to work with onsite/global teams.

• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.

• Exposure to: Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Familiarity with data governance best practices and compliance standards.
