Salesforce Developer (Remote) Responsibilities: Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform. Implement high-quality technical solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Analyze business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is well-documented, tested, and meets quality standards. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce best practices and new features. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
