Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Admin Assistant Manager

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for maintaining platform integrity, configuring Salesforce to meet business objectives, supporting end users, and enhancing platform functionality through customization and automation.Qualified candidates will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and will demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Perform day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and data security.Configure and customize Salesforce to meet organizational needs—develop custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.Build and maintain scalable automations using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.Conduct quality assurance on all enhancements and ensure alignment with business requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to develop and deliver integrated solutions.Support end users with training, documentation, and issue resolution to drive high adoption and satisfaction.Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and integrations.Monitor platform health and proactively identify areas for improvement or technical debt.Support DevOps practices and deployment activities, including experience with tools like Copado (preferred).Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.Technical SkillsProven experience with declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards).Customization of standard and custom objects, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automations.Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (preferred).Experience with integrated Salesforce orgs and API-based applications.Desirable3+ Years Experience administering DocuSign, Service Cloud, or Pardot (MCAE).ADM 201 : Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification.Trailhead profile with 100+ badges a plus.Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.Working knowledge of CRM best practices and agile methodologies.Experience working with modular, scalable Salesforce development (bulk-safe processes, governor limit awareness).
