Salesforce Developer

Growth Resourcing is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce development, along with an understanding of business operations and client needs. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. * Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance. * Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to best practices for Salesforce development. * Conduct unit testing and assist with system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer. * Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tools. * Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security models. * Experience with data migration and integration tools. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are a plus. * Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
