Salesforce Developer Einstein Specialist Agentforce

We are seeking an Agentforce Developer with expertise in hands on implementation and Salesforce automation to enhance Belfius’ customer engagement capabilities. This role focuses on implementing intelligent workflows and integrating Agentforce features into the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Agentforce components within Salesforce. • Configure and optimize Einstein AI features for predictive analytics and automation. • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and related systems. • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components. • Implement and manage Salesforce security and data access models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Agentforce and Salesforce. • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, particularly those related to Einstein and Agentforce. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on implementation experience. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL. • Experience with Einstein AI and its integration within Salesforce. • Solid knowledge of Agentforce and its functionalities. • Experience with data modeling, database design, and data integration. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
