Salesforce Administrator / Developer Location: [Brazil] Employment Type: [Contract] Experience: [2 - 7] Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, automation, development, integrations, and user support to optimize business processes across sales, service, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions; configure workflows, approval processes, and custom objects; develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Salesforce Development Develop custom applications, integrations, and APIs using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; design and implement data models, business logic, and user interfaces; integrate with external systems and services. User Support Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices; troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 2-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer; strong understanding of Salesforce platform, data modeling, and business processes; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
