Salesforce Deployment Technician

We are looking for a professional with experience in Salesforce deployments, training skills and a problem-solving approach, able to ensure the correct launch of the platform in different centers. The ideal person will combine technical knowledge, training capacity and availability to travel, contributing to the success of the digital transformation plan.

• Deliver face-to-face training to key users at each center (1 week per center) according to the training plan.
• Communicate and manage with the Salesforce implementation provider to understand the implementation specifics.
• Supervise training sessions conducted by the main partner, resolving doubts in real-time.
• Provide on-site support during Go-Live and the 2 weeks following, ensuring Salesforce operational.
• Collaborate with the deployment responsible to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Document adoption process, incidents and recommendations for improvement.
• Solve technical and functional problems during deployment.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to users for autonomous use of the platform.
• Maintain a fluid communication with internal and external teams during Roll-out.
• Foster a trusting and collaborative environment in deployed centers.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Experience in implementing or supporting Salesforce (minimum 2 years).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Knowledge of business processes in CRM environments.
• Familiarity with training and technical documentation tools.
• Ability to configure and resolve incidents in Salesforce.

• Problem-solving under pressure in critical environments.
• Assertive communication to align expectations with teams and users.
• Mastery of English at a conversational and written level (C1)
