You will work with the leadership team to bring expertise in areas such as Salesforce CRM Configuration, Veeva Modules, etc. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce CRM and suite solutions aligned with business and client objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM, advising on digital best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end-users to define, gather, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure custom objects, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.

What You'll Need

Salesforce Platform

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration - custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
• Strong exposure to Lightning Experience and App Builder tools.
• Expertise in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and User Access Management.
• Understanding of Salesforce Data and Security Model, Record-Level Access, and Sharing Rules.
• Familiar with Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and Sandbox to Production deployments.

Veeva Systems

• Experience in atleast one or more Veeva modules, such as:

• Veeva CRM / Vault CRM (Call Reporting, CLM, MyInsights, Suggestions) (Preferred)
• Veeva Vault (RIM, QMS, QualityDocs, eTMF, PromoMats, MedComms)
• Veeva Align, Veeva Network, or Veeva Data integrations

Ability to understand Veeva data model, configuration structure, and metadata-driven setup. Exposure to Vault configuration, lifecycle management, object types, and workflow setup is an advantage. Understanding of pharma/life sciences business processes supported by Veeva (Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality). Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with Life Sciences / Pharma commercial or regulatory processes.
• Understanding of data compliance workflows, HCP/HCO management, and sample management.
