Salesforce Business Analyst(FinTech)

Role : Salesforce Financial Services cloud Business Analyst/ Consultant Must have : Admin, Techno Functional BA, Finance Industry Experience : 4 years Main Responsibilities As the Salesforce BA Consultant /Financial Services Cloud Analyst this role will work closely with the Salesforce tech and product team to elicit requirements/user stories and to recommend solutions that will help deliver system enhancements and improved business performance, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. Work on Salesforce Financial Services cloud platform to analyze and improve existing processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop recommendations for new features or changes to existing ones. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance on best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams. Provide thought leadership and expertise in the area of Salesforce Financial Services cloud, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
