Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description We’re looking for a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and QA teams to define, document, and deliver clear and actionable requirements in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze project requirements using workshops, interviews, or document reviews; Translate business needs into clear requirements (further developing and refining the understanding of the client’s needs); Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the project goals and objectives; Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science); At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment; Experience with Salesforce.com and its ecosystem (Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.); Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (Git); Certification as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar certification is a plus.
