About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will engage with clients to understand business requirements from initial engagement all the way through to support. The candidate should also have experience in designing functional solutions and supporting implementation across fundraising, membership and program delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and gather detailed business and functional requirements.
• Analyse client processes and translate them into Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud configurations.
• Configure Salesforce to support core nonprofit functions such as fundraising, donor management and program tracking.
• Develop process flow diagrams, data models and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance areas.
• Support data migration, testing and training activities during project rollout.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering solutions on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or related Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of fundraising, membership and stakeholder management processes in the nonprofit sector.
• Hands-on configuration skills within Salesforce (fields, automation, reports, dashboards).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Business Analyst & Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.
• Should currently be living in Adelaide, South Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
