Salesforce Business Analyst

Role: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience Required: 6 years (with minimum 4 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst) Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements. Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and configuration options to ensure optimal system performance. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce features and functionality. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements, and apply this knowledge to drive business value. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams. Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and any challenges or issues that may have arisen. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
