Required Qualifications: o Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum requirement) o Experience working with Salesforce production data o Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis o Experience performing data merging and data quality activities in Salesforce o Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into clear insights Key Skills & Competencies: o Business analysis and stakeholder collaboration o Data analysis, validation, and interpretation o Understanding of Salesforce data models and data governance policies o Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and patterns o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
