Salesforce Business Analyst

**Responsibilities:** + Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. + Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. + Research, gather and synthesize information. + Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements. + Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies + Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog. + Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution. + Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions. + Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed. **Requirements:** + Min 5 years' experience required, IT related tertiary education. + 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects + Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101). + Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed + Experience in full software / product development life cycles sing Agile Methodology. + Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of salesforce with other systems. #LI-CTSAPAC Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
