In your role as Technical Architect (m/f/x) in the NGO Cloud, you develop and conceptualize innovative technical solutions in the Salesforce environment. With your long-standing experience in Salesforce consulting, you translate complex customer requirements into tailored Salesforce functions and implement them together with interdisciplinary project teams.

Aufgaben

• Technische Konzeption und Umsetzung: You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our customers.
• Kundenberatung: You advise our customers on Salesforce requirements and best practices and show them scalable and future-proof solutions.
• Qualitäts- und Skalierbarkeitsprüfung: You check the technical conformity and scalability of our solutions and ensure that the highest standards are met.
• Teamarbeit: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project implementation.
• Wissenstransfer: You stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and actively share your knowledge with colleagues and customers.

Qualifikation

• Langjährige Erfahrung in the development of Salesforce, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
• Fundiertes Wissen about the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, as well as experience with the NPSP package and/or the Nonprofit Cloud.
• Kenntnisse der Prozesse of NGOs and foundations, as well as their specific requirements.
• Konzeptionelle Stärke in translating customer requirements into Salesforce functions and workflows.
• Erfahrung mit Best Practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Führungskompetenz in technical teams, as well as clear and effective stakeholder communication.
• Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect.
• Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in German and English, combined with excellent communication skills.
