Salesforce Architect Alscient India Private Limited Location – Pune, India Hybrid Working Role This role will suit an experienced and Certified Salesforce Architect who wants to take on ownership of the design, development, and implementation of a range of Salesforce solutions, coupled with the confidence and ability to lead both technical and development teams. As an Alscient Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of highly scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This includes designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and ensuring seamless data migration. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and contributing to the development of best practices within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and implementation methodologies, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of technical expertise.
