Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Trust Accounts Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for the office
- Preparing & checking payroll
- Checking working sheets for commissions
- Management of Sales Trust money
- Reconciliation for Property Management trust
- General adhoc for finance, HR, office admin
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualification in bookkeeping or accounting an advantage
- Experience working in a Real Estate Agency is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
