Job Description: Conducting onboarding and ongoing trainings for Account Managers of all experience levels (Junior, Mid, Senior). Collaboration with the Senior Training and Development Manager in Europe to identify competency gaps and develop targeted training contents. Supporting the introduction of sales initiatives, including playbooks, best practices, and process optimizations. Gathering feedback from the sales team to continuously improve training programs.
