- Durchführung von Onboarding- und laufenden Trainings for Account Manager of all experience levels (Junior, Mid, Senior).
- Zusammenarbeit with the Senior Training and Development Manager in Europe to identify competence gaps and development of targeted training contents.
- Support in introducing sales initiatives, including Playbooks, Best Practices and process optimizations.
- Obtaining feedback from the sales team for continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
- Participation in creating and conducting E-Learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
