Training & Entwicklung
- Durchführung von Onboarding- und laufenden Trainings für Account Manager aller Erfahrungsstufen (Junior, Mid, Senior).
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Training and Development Manager in Europa zur Identifikation von Kompetenzlücken und Entwicklung gezielter Trainingsinhalte.
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Vertriebsinitiativen, einschließlich Playbooks, Best Practices und Prozessoptimierungen.
- Einholen von Feedback aus dem Vertriebsteam zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Trainingsprogrammen und -materialien.
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Durchführung von E-Learning-Modulen, Präsentationen und Workshops.
