We are looking for a full-time Sales Trainer (m/f/d) for the Central Germany region who will win over our customers with enthusiasm for our products, treatment concepts, and technologies. As a field sales trainer, you will train, advise, and enthuse our customers directly on-site, ensuring that our products and concepts are successfully used and sold.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for training in your region and for the corresponding qualification of your customers.

• You will regularly conduct new customer training sessions as well as shelf and short training sessions.

• You will conduct training sessions in hotels and guide your participants through the content safely and competently.

• You will be the point of contact for your customers and will advise them on questions and concerns.

• You will present and train new products and succeed in infecting others with your enthusiasm.

• You are familiar with treatments and equipment technologies in the institute, can demonstrate them safely, and advise your customers comprehensively.

• You will organize your assignments and tours independently, efficiently, and purposefully.

• You will be in regular exchange with your colleagues in the academy.

• You will report directly to the Head of Academy.

• You will take on tasks in the areas of merchandising and category management.

• You will be responsible for the purchasing of our product range and will implement sales promotions effectively.

• You will conduct online seminars as well as on-site seminars in Kehl.

Qualifications

• You are enthusiastic about cosmetic products, innovative active ingredients, and modern treatment concepts and have already gained relevant experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of professional experience as a field sales trainer and enjoy training and sales.

• You have successfully completed training as a cosmetician.

• You think and act independently, solution-oriented, and with personal responsibility.

• You are committed, open-minded, and sociable, and approach people openly.

• You present yourself confidently and convincingly and value a well-groomed and professional appearance.

• You enjoy being on the road, enjoy varied assignments, and overnight stays in hotels are no problem for you.

• You enjoy selling, convince with your appearance, and know how to enthuse customers for products and concepts.

• You possess a valid driver's license class B and are mobile.

• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
