Sales Trainer
Key Requirements:
- NQF Level 5/6 qualification (preferably in training and development)
- Passion in Training
- Facilitation experience and exposure
- Automotive industry experience will be a big advantage
Experience:
- Training dealership sales executive on how to sell
- Excellent facilitation experience
- Ability to read the room and ensure all students understand learning material
- People’s person
- Bubbly and cheerful personality
- Quick to adapt
- Candidate must be fine with extensive travelling
