About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Trainer to coach and guide our recruitment team on sales techniques, faster closures, and achieving targets. The role involves call audits, feedback, and ongoing training sessions to improve recruiter performance and drive placements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Train recruiters on pitching, negotiation, and closures.

· Audit calls and provide feedback for improvement.

· Conduct onboarding and sales-focused training sessions.

· Support recruiters in achieving faster role closures.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years’ experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach / Recruitment Sales Trainer.

· Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, and closures.

· Good communication and mentoring ability.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

· Experience with call auditing frameworks.
