Sales Trainee - B2B Software (m/w/d)

You want to start your career in B2B software sales, qualify leads, and learn how professional sales works? Then we're looking for you as a Sales Trainee – with a clear role, clearly defined goals, and a real development perspective.

Tasks

• You qualify Inbound-Leads from marketing campaigns, the website, and events.
• You conduct active Outbound-Prospecting over LinkedIn, Email, and phone.
• You identify relevant contacts and concrete needs.
• You hold first conversations and qualification calls.
• You pass on qualified opportunities structured to Account Executives.
• You maintain leads and document all activities carefully in the CRM system.
• You work closely and coordinated with the teams from Sales and Marketing together.

Qualification

• You bring first experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or software; motivated newcomers with strong interest are also welcome.
• You stand out for excellent communication skills and a structured, meticulous work approach.
• You have a strong interest in software, IT, or digital products.
• You possess very good German language skills as well as good English language skills.
• You are motivated to learn and willing to take responsibility.
