Sales Trader - CITIC CLSA

Position Description The Sales Trader will play an instrumental role in the development of business relationships and maximization of revenues from institutional accounts and hedge funds. The Sales Trader should be equipped to develop a strong knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinate efforts to service client organizations efficiently. It typically involves working closely with the client’s investment personnel, updating on market news, events and themes as well as advising clients on their investment strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills. The Sales Trader will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial markets, particularly in the areas of equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
