Job description
Identifying and scrutinize tender documents, drawings and specifications and identify key points. Review of tender documents, scope of works, determining eligibility, contractual terms and conditions, preparing presentations, and obtaining approval for bidding from top management. Coordinating the completion of tender documentation by liaising with a wide range of roles within the organization and external stake holders such as Production Team, legal, Accounts, Sales, Banks, Suppliers and Top Management.
