Job Summary We are seeking a competent and customer-focused IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers. Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues on PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems; Perform repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks as required; Provide expert advice and support to customers on PC hardware and software configurations; Offer customized solutions for gaming, corporate, or home use; Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in IT technical support or related field; Strong understanding of PC hardware and software configurations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
