Orienta Orienta spa company is searching for a client site in Moglia that works in the industrial automation sector to follow up on post-sales technical assistance requests from Italian and foreign clients. The figure, reporting to the functional manager, will follow up personally with technical assistance requests from Italian and foreign clients. Requirements: - Technical training: mechanical/electronic degree - Language skills: fluent English + a second language (preferable French, Spanish or Russian) - Previous experience gained in customer service at manufacturing/metalworking companies - Completing the profile are problem-solving abilities, communication and relational skills, attention to the customer - Occasional availability for travel (indicatively once a month) What we offer: - Direct employment on an indefinite basis - dynamic environment with growth opportunities - international company Settore: Electronics/Automation Role: Customer Service Type of occupation: Indefinite contract
