Team Member Sales (SME-LPI) Industrial Sales - Pune We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to support the growth of smart metering and energy solutions across residential, commercial, and government segments. The role focuses on driving client engagement, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for smart metering and energy management solutions across developers (SME-LPI) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Achieve individual and team revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to clients. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge. Contribute to the development of sales processes, procedures, and best practices to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the energy sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
