Job description
Salary: £1,200 basic + Team Overrides + Commission
Location: UK Field-Based
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are hiring experienced team leaders to manage 8–12 field reps for our PushBox vendor acquisition service.
Responsibilities:
• Train new reps
• Support team on the field
• Show the pitch live
• Hit team targets
• Report to management
• Help recruit new reps
We Offer:
• £1,200 basic monthly retainer
• Overrides on team sales
• Weekly pay
• Promotion to Regional Manager
• Strong support from company founders
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous sales/team lead experience
• Good closer
• Strong communicator
• Motivated and organised
