• Recruit, start up & coach a Sales Team
• Lead our Sales Agents in Berchem & Ronse
• Create a dynamic & motivating atmosphere within the team
• Implement strategies to improve the quality of our service
• Counsel & guide team members to achieve monthly goals & KPI's
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of sales processes
• Analyze individual & team performances to optimize results on short-term and identify opportunities for long-term
• Organize weekly meetings to share goals, expectations + results with Sales Agents
