Sales Team Leader – WTF Gyms Location: NCR (On-ground at gym locations) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 2–4 years Reporting to: Sales Manager Role: Lead on-ground membership sales across 2–3 gym locations and manage a small sales team. Key Responsibilities: Drive daily and weekly membership sales targets Handle walk-ins, enquiries and follow-ups Conduct gym tours and membership presentations Lead and motivate 2–3 sales executives Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve monthly targets Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Analyze sales data and provide insights for future growth and development
